About the work: The Twenty-Eight Constellations are names of star groups in astronomy. During the Tang Dynasty, the five elements scholar Yuan Tiangang paired the Twenty-Eight Constellations with twenty-eight animals. Under each constellation, he added one character from the sun, moon, gold, wood, water, fire, or earth. The sun and moon represent yin and yang, while gold, wood, water, fire, and earth represent the five elements. 'Kang Jinlong' is the only angry goddess among the nine statues of goddesses. Her hair flies upward in tufts, and her phoenix-shaped eyes are raised, glaring fiercely.
